Originally from Panama, Madeline Ibarra is our Operations Assistant at Petromar, providing valuable support to the Operations Department in their day-to-day activities. With a background in Maritime Business Administration and extensive experience in sales, logistics, and customer service, she brings a proactive and organized approach to every task. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Madeline’s strong communication skills and attention to detail make her a key contributor to the team’s efficiency and success.
From expert Port Captains and Port Engineers collaborating to minimize delays, to our field surveyors capturing real-time data and tailored progress reports. We ensure ship operations run smoothly, reliably, and with full visibility.
But we don’t stop there. With our Expediting Services, we actively work to detect recurring issues, track performance during loading/discharge, and implement improvements along the way.
